Our Classes
Our Classes are designed for all experience levels, from beginners to advanced. Explore a variety of group classes to suit your fitness goals, including Signature Series, Enduro, Super Saturday, Weightlifting Foundation, Playmaker, and Strength. For a more personalized approach, we also offer 1-on-1 Personal Training sessions tailored to your individual needs.

Signature series
This dynamic full-body workout blends weights and cardio for the ultimate fitness experience. Using barbells, dumbells, kettlebells, and Concept 2 cardio machines, the Signature Series follows a progressive training program to build strength and endurance. Perfect for all fitness levels, you’ll leave feeling stronger, fitter, and energized.

ENDURO
Enduro is a high-intensity cardio workout designed to improve your breathing, pacing, and endurance. Featuring Concept 2 machines (ski, bike, and row ergs) combined with running and weighted movements, this class helps you build both aerobic and anaerobic fitness. Ideal for anyone looking to push their cardio limits.

Super Saturday
The most intense and community-driven class of the week! Super Saturday combines teamwork, strength, and cardio with barbells, kettlebells, and Concept 2 cardio machines. Never stand alone, join forces, achieve goals, and leave with a sense of accomplishment—and maybe a few new friends.
